Our next business meeting will be held at 7 PM on Monday, August 9^th, in room MEC 307 on the Boise State University campus, with the following agenda:

Planning for annual picnic in September
Audit (included in Treasurer’s report)
Next newsletter
Election process for 2011 Opcomm officer positions
- The four positions that require an election are Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer. It’s time to form a nominations committee so we can have the ballot finalized in October, election in November, and next year’s officers announced in December.

The IEEE Boise Annual Picnic will be held at the Boise
Municipal Park (Municipal Shelter) on Friday, September
18th. Please bring a healthy appetite and be prepared to
have a good time. We will have burgers, salad, volleyball.
